The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that began when the offshore Deepwater Horizon oil platform expoded and sank threatens to devastate the ecosystems and economies of coastal Louisiana, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.  There is a great deal of uncertainty that is associated with this spill and what the effects, both short and long term, will be on our beautiful home towns and and livelihoods.

Hello, My name is Luther Sutter.  I own property in the very beatiful area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  My wife and I have rented property to vacationers in the area for several years when we were not enjoying this place with our own family. We are very proud of our properties, as you can see at www.sand411.com. My family is on the Gulf Coast now and we are hoping for the best.

Unlike many people deeply concerned about this oil spill, I am also a trial lawyer in Little Rock, AR so I thoroughly understand the litigation wave that is about to happen.  I have assembled the Gulf Coast Oil Disaster Network of experienced oil spill attorneys and have dedicated myself to ensuring that the people and their lives in this disaster are placed ahead of the litigation process.  I hope this network will be a resource for property owners of the coast, local businessmen, vacationers, and all others who are so fond of this area.  I will personally respond to each person who contacts me through this website with any concerns you may have. My email address is luther.sutter@gmail.com.
